Following the refusal by Ealing planners of two previous applications to create massively overbearing extensions to this property, we understand that the property has been sold to new owners. A further application has been submitted for a similar but slightly modified scheme.
In this example, the ownership of this property, next to the Listed Ealing Studios White House, changed hands a few years ago and the new owners immediately started work without any planning permission. WRA and the Conservation Panel alerted the Council who stopped the works before any damage to the house could be done.
We all know Ealing Green - the heart of our Borough and Ward. The College has a track record of pushing the boundaries; for example they managed to get planning (advertising) consent for the large sign that they have erected just inside their boundary.
